Sounds fantastic!

I was certainly extremely impressed with the way in which the School and the Safeguarding Officer at Tiverton recently dealt with a matter that I was involved in. Top notch!

Hi Ms Mirza

I am writing to say thank you for the wonderful opportunity that you have given to me to volunteer at your wonderful establishment but it is with regret I will have to cut my time short, as you may already know I was looking for a job as a teaching assistant and I have found one via step teachers agency so I am not going to be able to volunteer on Mondays anymore.

Working with your staff and students was amazing but I have to move on to get my career on the go, please understand.

Thank you again for the wonderful opportunity.

Yours truly

Roger Bogle

Dear Resham

My daughter Liana Kho has really settled well into her new school/class.  I realise that we still have a lot work to do, but I can already see big improvements in her overall wellbeing.

I really appreciate Ms Barry’s continued efforts and support.  A big thank you to all the staff at Tiverton School!

Kind regards,

Maria

Dear Mrs Mirza,

I would like to thank you for being so kind and lending our school all the Nativity Show requisites.

It is a great pity, I cannot include a picture for you to see (I simply do not have one!) but it was a great show. The children looked absolutely fantastic and performed very well.

Thank you very much and I hope we can repay a favour some time soon.

Yours sincerely

Dear Resham,

I didn’t get an opportunity to say goodbye and thank you on Friday.

I greatly appreciated the opportunity to learn at your school and I enjoyed my time with the children hugely.

I can only imagine it must be quite challenging to have a student teacher in class and I would like to add how supportive and generous both Siobhan and Ollie were.

Thank you again,

regards,

Rachel Epson

Hey Resham,

I hope you are well and enjoyed your trip to Spain and had a good half term.

It was Belles parents evening today where we met all of her subject teachers. Needless to say, Belle is just soaring.

While speaking to her music teacher, the head of dept ,it was disclosed to me that Belle and just two other students in the whole of year 7 are working at level 6 and are the best performers in the year.

I was thrilled to learn that the two other children were Max and Naomi. This gave me an opportunity to brag about our wonderful school(again!) and about our music department.

Please let Kate, Lucy, Mr Curtis know that our ex pupils are making big waves. Just Fabulous!

Dear Resham,

I realise this may be somewhat slushy but I did want to grab you before I left today to say this. You were busy so I didn’t want to interrupt.

I really want to thank you deeply for the many opportunities that you continue to offer me as an educator. Having Diamond class today was simply wonderful!

I appreciate how much you are challenging me at Tiverton, and how much trust you put in me when it comes to covering when Siobhan is not available. I realise that the amount that Siobhan trusts me has an impact, but you do not have to let me cover…yet you still do. I feel like a very valued member of your team, and realise how lucky I am to have this after a realistically short time at Tiverton.

I look forward to working as a full time member of the team at Tiverton in September. Your acceptance of me as an educator, and open attitude towards my professional development on the GTP is simply incredible – I could not ask for a more willing and supportive employer.

Thank you ever so much Resham.

Yours truly,

Olly

Hi Resham,

I had a great time today. The class are a really nice group of kids and I think they took to me.
I am already signed up with verity. They just wanted to confirm my references with Siobhan and Elizabeth which they may have done already.
I am happy to come in anytime and any day. I seem to spend more time at school than home anyway.
If I haven’t said before, I’d like to take the opportunity to say now. Thank you for helping to change my life. I’ll always remember the chance you are giving me 🙂

Best,

Saira

Hi Sarah and Resham

I just wanted to email to say a big thank you on behalf of both Enabling Enterprise and Argent for the trip on Tuesday

The Year 6s from Tiverton all behaved impeccably, their teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively with new children were really impressive and they had some super ideas along the way.

I hope they enjoyed spending the day in a real construction company and enjoyed setting up their own greetings card company to practise the enterprise skills they’ve been developing in class. We are in the process of putting together a short piece about the trip on our website so I will send you the link as soon as it is up.

I hope everything at Tiverton is going well, and do get in touch if you have any questions about the project taking place in Year 6 after Christmas: Saving Dodo Publishing. I can come in to talk you through the resources if you would like,  or I can come and teach a session like I did at the begging of the year. Either way, do let me know how best I can support.

Best wishes

Leah

Dear Ms Resham Mirza,

I wanted to thank you for the opportunity of work experience. I really enjoyed working at Tiverton Primary School because it was where I grew up and it was nice to see how the teachers felt when I was a student. Also because I meet a lot of new people and learnt many new skills I can use in my future job. I learnt valuable skills such as communication with a certain age, being punctual , polite and being able to work with children under the age of 5. One thing I found interesting was how we actually learn and participate in activities. Also how we have to co-operate with everyone around me. It was a pleasure working with you because I have learnt a lot of new skills and faced challenges that I have overcome. This has helped me think about my future career because it has showed me how working is challenging and you would have to do a lot of things to get to the top. Also the skills I have possibly used and learnt from with work placement may be needed in the future. Thank you for all the time and help that you gave me.

King regards,

Dear Ms Mirza,

Hope the rest of your summer holidays were restful.

I just wanted to thank you once again for giving me access to the school to pick up Marley’s asthma medicine. I am truly grateful for your kindness, Iam sure that an otherwise lovely holiday would have been filled with constant worrying if you hadn’t been there.  The fact that you always go all out for your students, was a huge part of the reason we made a decision to send our son to Tiverton.

I remember many years ago at a Streetz Ahead performance at the Bernie Grant Arts centre (on a Saturday evening no less), I turned around to loud applause when Tiverton Primary was announced on stage and you were there with you family! I was stunned that a Head Teacher would take time out of their own schedule to support the school which would have been a boost of confidence to those students.

That moment has stayed with me always, so when Marley was of school age, it was a no brainer where he would go to school. May I also say that he is thriving at the school, has made some huge leaps in his learning and its due to your school and the staff support.

Thanking you again with great appreciation.
