Our Day Out in the Nature Reserve We spent a lovely, educational morning in our local Railway Fields Nature Reserve in Haringey—turning over damp logs of wood that sent creepy-crawlies running for cover, playing games to categorize animals into food chains and learning all about ecosystems, we were little ecologists through and through.

Getting Creative With Clay

Getting Creative With Clay During Art Week we got our hands grubby making beautiful and imaginative sandcastles which we decorated with beads and sequins! We were reading Sand Wizards in English which was a story set at the beach about two boys who wanted to enter a sandcastle competition. What better way to put ourselves in the story than to build some ourselves? And we certainly produced prize-worthy art! A fun afternoon indeed.
