Safer Internet Show

Safer Internet Show On Tuesday 7th February, Pearl class celebrated ‘Safer Internet Day’ with the theme ‘Be the change: unite for a better internet’. The children took part in a workshop, which allowed them to discuss and develop their understanding of cyberbullying.

Robin Hood and the Golden Arrow

Having read the story of Robin Hood during English lessons, Pearl class came together to retell their favourite part of the story. The children had a lot of fun performing the dramatic scene and creating a short story using the Book Creator app. Our story, which contains short clips of their performance, involves Robin Hood dressed in disguise as an old man and taking part in Sir Guy of Gisborne’s archery contest. This half-term, our theme for ‘Get Your Grown-ups Growing’ day was energy. Pearl class learnt lots of information on this topic using their research and questioning skills.
